Large Dia. Buffing Balls 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. They are available in a wide range of grits each suitable for a different job.

  • HDVCA – The most aggressive abrasive nylon material.
  • BLACK – This is a silicon carbide abrasive with a sharper cut that leaves a bright finish to match pre-blended steel.
  • HDMA – Heavy duty abrasive nylon material for severe conditions, but a finer finish than HDCA.
  • CA – A general purpose 80 grit abrasive nylon material.
  • MA – A general purpose 180 grit abrasive nylon material.
  • FA – A general purpose 280 grit abrasive nylon material.
  • GREEN – A non-abrasive material for light deburring and cleaning operations.
  • UFS – The finest grade using silicon carbide. For even consistent fine finish.
  • WHITE – Gives a very fine finish. Ideal for plastics, leaves a clean finish with no discolouration.

Sold Individually. The mandrel is reusable and simply requires refill laps when the material wears down. Made in our UK Factory

  • These buffing balls are mounted onto a 6mm reusable mandrel which will suit air tools, drills, large flexshafts, Micromotors.
