 ST - Rotary Vibrators
Special machines with integral separation for ball burnishing and pressure deburring.
The helical geometry of the process bowl without obstruction allows a damage free processing of medium sized to large components with a high surface finish.
The process bowl walls have an inward radius intensifying process movement, also allowing very gentle, low amplitude settings to be used.
This range of machine is very suitable for single lap, continuous operation.
Because of the inward curving walls of the ST range, the movement generated is equivalent to that achieved by using a wedge profile, i.e. a gentle, consistent roll without dead spots.
The helical geometry of the bowl results in a longer process vessel length, making this range of machines ideal for single lap processing. The steady rise along the vessel also make it ideal for ball burnishing and pressure polishing/deburring.
